OnlySL combines RLV Force Teleport and a full OpenCollar-style leash in a single, lightweight HUD. Same approved list for both add someone once, and they can ForceTP you and grab your leash when you’re around.

Requires RLV or RLVa. Wearer must have RLV enabled in their viewer.
Optional LeashHolder script included pass it to whoever holds your leash. They drop the script into any attachment or object in-world (ring, cuff, leash anything). While they’re holding you, the chain and pull target follow that object’s position instead of their avatar center. No special HUD needed on their side just the tiny script in whatever they want to hold the leash from. Without it, everything works exactly as before.
