This policy explains what OnlySL collects, why we collect it, and how we handle data connected to your Second Life account.
OnlySL is an independent 18+ creator and commerce platform for Second Life residents — not a general photo host, AI image service, or landscaping portfolio site. The platform is operated from Switzerland and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Linden Lab or Second Life.
Creator-content transactions — subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view unlocks, custom requests, bookings (including escrow holds), and creator payouts — run on Linden Dollars (L$) and Second Life account identifiers. OnlySL itself does not collect or store card numbers, bank account details, or government IDs for these transactions.
OnlySL may separately offer optional third-party payment methods, such as card checkout, for certain first-party platform products — for example Creator Pro, boosts, profile cosmetics, storage upgrades, an ad-free pack, or other platform support purchases. Where enabled, these are processed directly by a third-party payment processor (for example Stripe); OnlySL does not receive or store your raw card number, and the payment processor handles your payment credentials under its own privacy policy. This card-checkout option may be turned on or off at different times and is separate from L$-based creator-content transactions described above.
OnlySL does not currently verify user identities or collect government ID documents. Creators are responsible for any performer age, identity, consent, model release, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to real-person adult content they upload.

OnlySL uses public Second Life account identifiers such as avatar names and avatar UUIDs. These identifiers can normally be viewed or searched through Second Life or Second Life-related services outside OnlySL.
Even though these identifiers are public in the Second Life ecosystem, OnlySL still treats records linked to them with care. Your OnlySL account, wallet ledger, subscriptions, posts, reports, moderation history, and support records can reveal activity on OnlySL that is not necessarily public elsewhere.

Discord linking is optional. If you connect Discord from Security settings, OnlySL receives your Discord user ID and username through Discord's authorization flow. We use that information only to link your OnlySL account, add you to the official OnlySL community server when you are not already a member (with your consent on the connect screen), and sync OnlySL-managed roles in that server and, if you enable tier role sync, in creator servers where the OnlySL bot is installed.
The bot does not post messages on your behalf and does not access your Discord password or login credentials. We do not sell Discord data or use it for advertising. Discord data is processed by our backend and the OnlySL bot solely to operate this integration.
Discord link data is kept while your account remains linked. You can disconnect Discord at any time from Security settings, which removes synced OnlySL roles and clears the link on your OnlySL account. Account deletion also removes connected Discord role access as described in our Terms of Service. OnlySL is not affiliated with Discord Inc.
Some creators may optionally enable Lovense toy interactions through the OnlySL inbox. This feature is voluntary, creator-controlled, and not required to use OnlySL.
If a creator connects Lovense, OnlySL may process limited interaction and device-related data needed to operate the feature, such as connection status, toy identifiers or names, preset configuration, trigger requests, payment records for paid interactions, and technical logs of command delivery.
To send commands to a creator's paired device, OnlySL transmits certain service and interaction data to Lovense and its operator HYTTO Ltd. ("Lovense"). Lovense is a third-party service that OnlySL does not own or control. Data sent to Lovense may be processed under Lovense's own terms and privacy policies, which may differ from OnlySL's.
Fans who use Lovense interactions in chat should understand that enabling or using this feature may cause interaction-related data to leave OnlySL and be handled by Lovense/HYTTO for device routing, session management, and related technical operation. OnlySL is not responsible for Lovense's independent processing, retention, security practices, outages, or policy choices.
Creators who enable Lovense are responsible for informing fans where required by applicable law or platform rules, obtaining any consent needed for the interactions they offer, and complying with Lovense's developer and user terms.
If a brand owner enables Brand Bots, OnlySL processes the Second Life login credentials, bot configuration, greeting and auto-reply templates, invite settings, object tokens, inbound IM content, automation logs, and health/presence signals needed to operate the service.
Brand Bot SL passwords are stored in encrypted form for automation use. OnlySL staff may access limited bot records for support, provisioning, moderation, abuse investigation, and platform safety. Brand owners should use a dedicated scripted-agent account where possible and keep credentials current.
Inbound IMs sent to a Brand Bot may be stored so the brand can review activity and so OnlySL can investigate abuse reports. See our Terms of Service for acceptable use, uptime limits, and enforcement rules.
We do not sell personal information. We do not build our own advertising profiles, and we do not pass private post content, inbox messages, wallet balances, or subscription details to any advertiser for targeting. Where you have consented to advertising (see the Advertising section below), a third-party advertising partner may independently use its own technology to measure or personalize the ads it serves — that is the partner's own processing, described in its own privacy policy, not a profile OnlySL constructs.
We may share or expose limited information in these situations:
Diagnostic tools such as Sentry may receive technical error context if enabled. We aim to avoid sending private content to diagnostics, but technical metadata may be included in error reports.
OnlySL is operated from Switzerland and uses infrastructure providers such as OVHcloud and object-storage/media providers. Hosting, backups, media, diagnostics, security processing, and object storage may take place in Canada, Poland, Switzerland, the European Union/European Economic Area, or other provider regions used for platform operations.
By using OnlySL, you understand that your data may be processed outside Switzerland and outside your country of residence. Where Swiss data protection law, GDPR, or similar rules require safeguards for international transfers, OnlySL aims to use appropriate technical, organizational, contractual, or legal safeguards for the type of data involved.
Users may be located in Switzerland, the EU/EEA, the United States, or other regions. OnlySL does not treat the mere fact that a user is outside Switzerland as permission to ignore privacy rights that apply by mandatory law.
OnlySL uses secure HTTP-only session cookies to keep you logged in. These cookies are strictly necessary to operate your account and are not used for advertising.

OnlySL's own cookies and local storage described above are not used for advertising. A dismissible notice at the bottom of the site explains this and links here. Where OnlySL displays ads from a third-party advertising partner, that partner may set its own cookies or use similar technologies on your device — see "10a. Advertising" below for what that involves and how to control it.
Most users are in the United States, but OnlySL may be operated or hosted from Switzerland, Canada, Poland, the EU/EEA, or via providers such as Cloudflare (CDN/storage). Where local law requires consent for non-essential storage, we rely on the notice above and your continued use after dismissing it for strictly helpful local storage described in this section. Advertising cookies are handled separately, as described below.
OnlySL may display advertisements supplied by third-party advertising partners on public, browsing-oriented pages such as Explore, creator profiles, and post pages. ExoClick (operated by EXOCLICK, S.L.) is currently an advertising partner. We may add, change, or remove advertising partners over time; this section will be updated to reflect the partners actually in use.
To deliver, measure, prevent fraud in, frequency-cap, and — only where you have consented — personalize the ads it serves, an advertising partner may receive or process information such as your IP address, approximate location/region, device and browser information, advertising identifiers, and page/ad interaction data (for example, which ad slot was shown or clicked). This is separate technical processing carried out by the advertising partner using its own systems, under its own privacy policy — not a profile OnlySL itself builds or stores.
Advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies on your device to support the functions above. You can see and change what an advertising partner is permitted to do for you at any time through OnlySL's cookie/advertising settings in Settings → Security.
Advertising is kept separate from your private content: OnlySL does not intentionally send locked/subscriber-only post content, inbox messages, wallet balances, or subscription details to an advertising partner for ad targeting. Ad placements do not appear inside payment, payout, security/2FA, support, moderation, inbox/messaging, locked-content viewing, content-upload, or account-deletion flows.
EEA, UK, and Switzerland visitors: optional advertising and personalization cookies, and any related processing that requires consent under applicable law, are not activated until you give that consent through the advertising prompt or Settings. You may accept or reject at any time, and rejecting keeps advertising off. Withdrawing consent after previously accepting stops future advertising loading and storage as far as technically possible.

We do not claim this section makes OnlySL fully compliant with every advertising-related law in every jurisdiction — it describes what we do today and how to control it. If you believe our advertising practices do not match this description, contact us using the details in our Legal Notice.
We keep account information while your account is active. Content remains available until you delete it, restrict it, or it is removed through moderation.
Wallet, transaction, payout, subscription, moderation, fraud-prevention, and audit records may be kept longer where needed for platform integrity, dispute handling, accounting, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
If you request deletion, we will delete or restrict account data where reasonably possible, except for records we need to keep for security, audit, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate platform-operation reasons.
You can request that OnlySL:
Some information may be public in Second Life or controlled by Linden Lab rather than OnlySL. OnlySL can only act on information stored or controlled by OnlySL.
Depending on where you are located, you may also have mandatory privacy rights under Swiss data protection law, GDPR, or other applicable privacy laws. Requests can be made through platform support or by using the contact details in the Legal Notice.
We use HTTPS/TLS, secure cookies, role-based access control, OTP expiry, rate limiting, audit logging, and other safeguards to protect the platform. No online service is perfectly secure, and users should protect their own Second Life account and in-world objects.
OnlySL is strictly for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the platform. If we discover that a user is under 18, the account may be terminated and related content removed.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the platform. Continued use of OnlySL after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
