Content Rules

OnlySL is an adult content platform. Creators may post:

• ✓Adult/NSFW content involving consenting adult avatars or characters
• ✓Furry, anthro, kemono, fantasy, monster, or hybrid adult avatar content where every character is adult-presenting, fictional/virtual, and not human-animal content as defined below
• ✓Artistic nudity, erotic fiction, and mature creative content
• ✓Behind-the-scenes Second Life content — builds, photography, events
• ✓Roleplay content and mature storytelling
• ✓Product showcases, tutorials, and community content
• ✓Polls, announcements, tip goals, and subscriber engagement posts

Brand accounts are for team-managed Second Life businesses — stores, product studios, adult clubs, and content teams — not personal hobby pages.

• ✕Landscaping, gardening, or generic sim-decoration services with no adult SL commerce angle
• ✕Unrelated real-world or off-grid businesses with no OnlySL monetization plan
• ✕Empty tourism or “pretty sim” photo dumps presented as a brand
• ✕AI-only content farms without a real SL store, group, or team behind them
• ✕Applications that misrepresent what the “brand” actually sells or manages in Second Life

Stores and clubs may apply directly at /request-brand without a personal creator profile. Personal OnlyFans-style creators should use /apply instead. Approval is always discretionary.

Brand accounts are team-managed studio or store profiles. OnlySL remains an 18+ platform, but Store/Product brands may publish entirely non-erotic Showcase content (fashion, furniture, skins, events, WIP, ads). Adult Group/Club/Team brands are for adult communities and follow the same posting-surface rules below.

• ✓Showcase posts for product drops, ads, WIP, blogger kits, and brand announcements (Store/Product brands)
• ✓Locked subscriber tiers and pay-per-view posts on the brand profile
• ✓Team-managed content, affiliates, Delivery Box campaigns, and platform ads

• ✕Unlocked public feed posts on brand profiles — brands cannot publish to the creator Explore/public feed
• ✕Using a brand profile to bypass creator content quality or adult-marking rules
• ✕Showcase abuse: unrelated spam, deceptive ads, or prohibited content in the Showcase feed

The platform enforces this in the post composer: brand accounts must use Showcase or locked tier / pay-per-view access — not free public creator-feed posts.

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and account action:

• ✕Any content involving or depicting minors in sexual or suggestive contexts
• ✕Human-animal sexual or suggestive content in any form. No content may show, imply, hint at, stage, crop around, caption, describe, roleplay, or otherwise present a human, person, or human-presenting avatar in sexual, nude, fetishized, romantic, or suggestive contact or context with an animal, pet, non-anthropomorphic animal, or animal-like creature.
• ✕Anything that could reasonably be perceived as human-animal sexual or suggestive content, even if the creator claims it is Second Life, fantasy, AI-generated, symbolic, accidental, cropped, implied, or not intended that way. If it can be in question from the image, video, text, pose, framing, caption, or surrounding context, OnlySL may remove it.
• ✕Non-consensual scenarios presented approvingly (rape fantasy framed as desirable)
• ✕Real-person adult content where age, consent, rights, or required records are missing, uncertain, withdrawn, or cannot be confirmed
• ✕Hidden-camera, leaked, stolen, revenge, coerced, intoxication, blackmail, trafficking, or exploitative real-person sexual material
• ✕Real-world personally identifiable information of others without their consent (doxing)
• ✕Content that harasses, threatens, or targets specific real individuals
• ✕Intellectual property infringement — using others' SL textures, meshes, or creations without rights
• ✕Spam, misleading thumbnails, or bait-and-switch locked content
• ✕Malware, phishing links, or content designed to defraud subscribers
• ✕Promoting or facilitating real-money trading (RMT) outside of L$ payouts
• ✕Content glorifying real-world violence, terrorism, or hate movements
• ✕Deceptive, placeholder, blank, recycled, or low-effort Gacha pool content — posts submitted to the Gacha mystery pool must meet the same quality standard as paid pay-per-view posts
• ✕Duplicate or spam Gacha pool entries — submitting the same or substantially identical asset across multiple tiers or pool slots

Explicit adult content must be marked appropriately. When creating posts with NSFW media, use the per-media blur toggle in the post composer so fans are warned before viewing. Free posts visible to non-subscribers must use blur on explicit media.

AI disclosure applies to:

• ✕Images fully generated by AI (e.g. Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.)
• ✕Real photos that have been substantially recreated or replaced by AI (full body swaps, AI face replacements, etc.)
• ✕AI-upscaled or AI-enhanced images where the original content is no longer the primary source

AI disclosure does NOT apply to:

• ✓Background removal or object removal tools (where the original subject is the content)
• ✓Standard photo editing, colour grading, retouching, and filters
• ✓AI upscaling where the original subject is unchanged and clearly the source

Posting AI-generated content without the disclosure label is a rules violation and may result in content removal or account suspension. Fans have the right to know what they are paying for.

Brand Bots are optional in-world automation for approved brand accounts only. They are not available to regular creator accounts. A Brand Bot uses a brand-owned Second Life avatar that OnlySL keeps signed in to send greets, auto-replies, and (on eligible plans) group invites configured by the brand.

Brand Bots must not be used to:

• ✕Spam residents with unsolicited IMs, greets, or group invites
• ✕Harass, threaten, insult, or target specific residents
• ✕Phish, scam, impersonate staff, or send deceptive links or fake offers
• ✕Promote prohibited content, minors, exploitation, fraud, or hate material
• ✕Evade moderation, bans, cooldowns, or platform safety limits
• ✕Mass-invite people who did not meaningfully request a group invite
• ✕Operate without land/object permissions you actually control

OnlySL may pause, limit, suspend, or permanently terminate Brand Bots for abuse, safety risk, legal risk, capacity limits, or rule violations. Termination for abuse does not entitle the brand to a refund. OnlySL does not guarantee Brand Bot uptime, continuous presence, or delivery of every greet, IM, or invite.

Fans must not:

• ✕Share, redistribute, or re-upload creator content without explicit permission
• ✕Use the tip or subscription system to harass creators
• ✕Attempt to access content through unauthorised means or technical exploits
• ✕Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial offers

As a creator on OnlySL, you are responsible for:

• ✓Ensuring all content you post complies with these rules and applicable law
• ✓Keeping required age, identity, consent, model release, license, and recordkeeping documents for any real-person adult content you upload
• ✓Accurately representing what subscribers will receive in locked posts
• ✓Responding promptly to moderation inquiries from OnlySL staff
• ✓Not misusing subscriber data or contact information
• ✓Keeping your creator profile accurate and not impersonating others

OnlySL staff review reports and may take the following actions based on severity:

• WarningIssued for first-time or minor violations. Three warnings may result in suspension.
• Content removalSpecific posts removed for rule violations.
• Temporary suspensionAccount access restricted for a defined period.
• Permanent banAccount terminated. L$ balance may be forfeited for serious violations.

Moderation decisions are at the sole discretion of OnlySL staff. If you believe a decision was made in error, you may submit an appeal via the in-world support channel.

Reports involving suspected minors, underage users, non-consensual real-person content, leaked material, coercion, trafficking, or uncertain performer age may result in immediate temporary hiding or restriction of the content or account while OnlySL reviews the issue. OnlySL may require the uploader to provide appropriate confirmation of age, consent, rights, and recordkeeping responsibility before content or monetization is restored.

Use the Report button on any creator profile or post to flag potential violations, including copyright, non-consensual content, suspected underage content, impersonation, or missing rights. For formal copyright or takedown notices where you cannot use the platform report tools, email [email protected]. Abuse of the reporting system (malicious false reports) is itself a violation and may result in account action.
