This page explains creator responsibilities for real-life adult content involving actual people, including age, consent, release, and recordkeeping obligations.
OnlySL is operated from Switzerland and is built primarily for Second Life creators. OnlySL does not currently perform government ID verification or hold performer identity records for creators.
If you upload, publish, sell, or promote real-life adult content showing an actual person, you are responsible for ensuring that the content is legal, consensual, properly documented, and allowed where you and your viewers are located.
By uploading real-person adult content, you represent and warrant that:
Where U.S. 18 U.S.C. Section 2257, Section 2257A, 28 C.F.R. Part 75, or similar performer-age and recordkeeping rules apply to you or your content, you are responsible for creating, maintaining, and producing those records.
OnlySL does not act as your records custodian. OnlySL may require confirmation, remove content, suspend access, restrict monetization, or request additional information where needed for moderation, safety, legal compliance, hosting-provider requirements, or platform integrity.
Do not upload government IDs, passports, driver licenses, or legal identity documents to OnlySL unless OnlySL has provided a specific approved process for that purpose. OnlySL's normal platform tools are not intended to receive or store performer ID documents.
Real-life adult photos, videos, or other explicit real-person media may only appear inside locked, subscriber-only, or pay-per-view posts. They must not be used as public previews, profile avatars, banners, discovery images, thumbnails, showcase covers, ads, or other publicly visible platform media.
Locked access does not remove your age, consent, release, rights, or recordkeeping responsibilities.
Any user or rights holder may report suspected underage content, non-consensual content, leaked material, impersonation, copyright infringement, or missing rights. OnlySL may remove or restrict content while reviewing a report.
Serious violations involving minors, coercion, exploitation, non-consensual material, or intentional evasion may result in immediate permanent ban and may be reported to appropriate authorities or providers.
