Common questions about OnlySL, how payments work, what creators and brands can do, Brand Bots, and platform rules.
OnlySL is an 18+ adult creator subscription platform built for Second Life — the closest analogy is OnlyFans for SL. Personal creator accounts publish exclusive photos, videos, and posts; fans subscribe, tip, and unlock content with Linden Dollars.
Brands use OnlySL differently: more like Patreon or a studio page for product drops, ads, WIP, blogger kits, and team-managed releases. Store/Product brands can be fully non-erotic. The platform as a whole remains adult-oriented and 18+.
Everything is built around Second Life: avatar names, avatar UUIDs, Linden Dollars, and in-world tools. We do not use outside payment methods.
For personal creators, yes — subscription tiers, locked posts, tips, and pay-per-view work like OnlyFans-style creator pages, but natively in L$ with SL identity. For brands, think Patreon or a brand hub: Showcase posts, team tools, affiliates, and locked releases — not a generic public photo feed. SL avatar login, in-world delivery, and L$-only payments are what make OnlySL different from normal creator sites.
No. OnlySL is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Linden Lab. Second Life and Linden Dollar features remain subject to Linden Lab's own terms, policies, and account decisions.
Yes. OnlySL is actively running with real Second Life flows. Creator profiles, L$ wallet, subscriptions, tips, locked posts, pay-per-view, brand accounts, advertisements, and in-world Delivery Box are all operational.
OnlySL uses Linden Dollars (L$). Fans deposit L$ through the Second Life in-world flow into their OnlySL wallet, then use that balance for subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view unlocks.
Creators request payouts and receive L$ back to their Second Life account through supported in-world payout tools. OnlySL does not handle card numbers, bank details, or fiat currency.
Tips, subscriptions, shop purchases, pay-per-view unlocks, and Brand Bot rentals are generally final. OnlySL may correct clear platform errors at its discretion. If you believe a charge was processed incorrectly, contact support with the transaction reference. Brand Bots terminated for abuse are not refunded.
Fans can use their OnlySL wallet for creator subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view unlocks, shop purchases, gifts, and gift subscription links where available. Some creator and brand tools may also use L$ for platform fees or delivery-related actions.
Open Shop → Inventory (/shop/inventory). Click Equip on the item you bought. If you have multiple creator or brand profiles, choose which profile should wear it.
Profile icons change your avatar on your OnlySL profile. Frames, badges, titles, and banner cosmetics appear on your profile page. Boost timers start when you equip the item, not at purchase time.
Yes. Normal fan accounts can request full account deletion from Settings > Security. The flow asks for multiple confirmations, requires the exact typed phrase, and requires your authenticator code if 2FA is enabled.
Full account deletion disables the account, clears the fan wallet balance to L$0, cancels active subscriptions paid by that fan account, removes connected Discord role access, and keeps audit records where required for platform safety, finance, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.
The minimum tip is L$10. This applies across all creators.
Any Second Life resident who is 18 or older and in good standing on both Second Life and OnlySL can apply. Applications are reviewed by staff — approval is not automatic.
OnlySL is an adult creator platform. We look for real creator intent: photography, roleplay, builds, events, products, tutorials, mature storytelling, or similar work tied to Second Life — not low-effort filler such as random landscape screenshots, pure landscaping or gardening portfolios, empty sim tourism snaps, or content with no clear subscriber value. AI-only image accounts without meaningful SL roots are also declined. OnlySL is not an AI image service.
Personal creator accounts can post public free posts, subscriber-only tiers, pay-per-view unlocks, polls, and locked adult content using images, videos, audio, and rich text. Public and Explore-facing posts are for creator profiles only — brands use Showcase instead (see Brands below).
Adult content is allowed inside the platform rules and must be properly locked and marked when required. Content should meet a real creator standard — not low-quality throwaway SL screenshots or unrelated landscape filler. See the Content Rules for what is and is not allowed.
The minimum price for a paid subscription tier is L$10 per month. You can also offer a free tier at no cost. If you apply a discount, the discounted price must also remain at least L$10.
Creators can offer a free trial period on any paid tier. New fans get the trial duration free before their first charge. One trial per creator per fan. If you reset a trial, all fans — including returning ones — can claim it again, so use that option carefully.
From Dashboard → Tiers, scroll to Gift subscription links. Choose a tier and duration (30, 60, or 90 days). The cost is L$10 per gifted day (e.g. L$300 for 30 days), paid from your available creator earnings — not your fan wallet. Share the link; the first fan to redeem gets that tier free for the chosen period.
You cannot pay for gift links with deposited fan-wallet L$. If earnings look stuck, part of your balance may still be in the hold period (about 15 days for tips and pay-per-view, about 18 days for subscriptions and custom requests) before it becomes available.
New earnings are held for a short period before they move from locked to available. Tips and pay-per-view unlocks: about 15 days. Subscriptions and custom requests: about 18 days. Available earnings can be requested as payouts, moved to your fan wallet (with a fee), or used for gift subscription links. See your creator wallet page for the exact breakdown.
The Delivery Box is an in-world tool connected to your OnlySL account. It lets you send SL inventory items directly to subscribers, selected fans, saved delivery lists, or manual avatar UUIDs. Common uses include welcome packs, VIP monthly gifts, product demos, press kits, event gifts, and blogger packs.
Yes. You can save any delivery configuration as a preset and reuse it. This is useful for recurring drops like monthly VIP gifts or product release kits.
Yes. Creators can start account deletion from Settings > Security. The flow asks for multiple confirmations, requires the exact typed confirmation phrase, and also requires your authenticator code if 2FA is enabled.
If you have both a personal creator profile and a brand profile on the same account, you can delete personal only, brand only, or both. Deleting both returns you to a normal fan account; full account deletion is then available separately.
Creator deletion removes the chosen profile from public surfaces, cancels fan subscriptions to that profile's tiers, purges that profile's uploaded media from storage (subject to fan-retained delivery exceptions), resets that profile's creator earnings to L$0, and syncs Discord roles. Your fan wallet balance is not touched.
You can apply again later from the creator application page.
Active and past-due subscriptions to your creator tiers are cancelled when the creator account is deleted. Fans keep their fan wallet balance, but they no longer have subscription access to that deleted creator profile.
Go to /request-brand and submit the brand form with your store SLURL, what the brand represents, and portfolio examples. You do not need to complete /apply first if you only want a team-managed brand studio.
If you also want a personal OnlyFans-style creator page on the same login, apply at /apply separately (before or after your brand request). Staff review all applications — approval is not automatic.
Yes. You can run a brand studio with team roles, affiliates, clan icons, platform ads, Delivery Box campaigns, and (for Store/Product brands) the public Showcase feed for product drops and announcements.
OnlySL remains an 18+ adult platform overall, but Store/Product brands do not have to post erotic content — fashion, furniture, skins, events, and WIP posts are fine. Adult Group/Club/Team brands are for adult communities and use a slightly higher fee tier.
You may also keep a separate personal creator profile alongside a brand profile on the same login.
No. Brand accounts cannot publish unlocked public feed posts or Explore teasers the way personal creators can. That surface is reserved for creator content.
Brands post through Showcase (Store/Product brands — public product/ad/WIP announcements) or locked tier / pay-per-view posts. This is enforced in the composer and API.
Showcase is the public brand announcement feed — ads, new releases, blogger kits, event promos, and WIP previews for approved Store/Product brands. Showcase posts are always free to view and appear on the brand profile plus the platform Showcase page. They are not the same as the creator Explore/public feed.
OnlySL classifies Brand accounts into categories. Store/Product Brands are real SL stores and product creators. Adult Group/Club/Team brands cover escort clubs, roleplay groups, adult content teams, and similar communities. Both keep standard Brand team tools, but Adult Group brands use a slightly higher platform and payout fee. Showcase posting and Brand Studio shop cosmetic submissions are limited to Store/Product Brand accounts.
Brands can upload up to 3 clan icons. After staff approval, affiliated creators can equip an approved icon and display it on their public creator profile. It is a simple way to show brand affiliation without changing anything on the creator's own content.
Yes, if you are the brand owner. From Settings > Security you can delete brand only, personal creator only, or both when you have split profiles.
Brand-only deletion removes the brand studio, team access, brand profile, and brand media. If you still have a personal creator profile, it stays active with its earnings untouched. Legacy single-profile brands that were converted from one creator profile downgrade back to a normal creator account instead.
Brand Bots are optional in-world scripted-agent services for approved brand accounts only. They are not available to regular creator accounts.
A Brand Bot uses a brand-owned Second Life avatar that OnlySL keeps signed in on your land. Depending on the plan, it can greet visitors, auto-reply to IMs, optionally offer a sit spot, and (on Group plans) send Second Life group invites when visitors ask.
Only the brand owner can purchase and manage Brand Bots from the brand dashboard. Team managers and affiliates do not rent bots separately. The brand must already be an approved brand account on OnlySL.
Brand Bot plans are paid in L$ from the brand owner's fan wallet — the same wallet used for deposits and fan-side spending. Plans are sold for fixed periods such as 7, 30, or 90 days.
OnlySL may require staff approval before setup begins. When approval is required, the paid period generally starts after approval, not at the moment of purchase.
No. Brand Bots are provided on a best-effort basis. OnlySL does not guarantee continuous in-world presence, instant greets, IM delivery, invite delivery, or error-free automation. Downtime may happen because of Second Life outages, Linden Lab account actions, credential issues, hosting maintenance, automation limits, fleet capacity, or moderation pauses.
OnlySL may pause, limit, suspend, or permanently terminate Brand Bots used for spam, harassment, phishing, scams, deceptive greets, abusive group invites, impersonation, or other rule violations. Termination for abuse does not entitle the brand to a refund. The brand owner remains responsible for bot templates, links, and in-world behavior.
Generally no. Brand Bot rentals are final, including unused time, downtime, expiry, fleet limits, or voluntary cancellation. OnlySL may correct a clear platform billing error at its discretion. See the Terms of Service for full details.
Yes, if you submit credentials so OnlySL can sign the bot avatar in. Passwords are stored in encrypted form for automation use. You should use a dedicated scripted-agent account where possible, keep the password current, and review the Privacy Policy for how bot data is handled.
OnlySL does not send email for Brand Bot status. When staff approval is required and your bot is approved, you should receive a site notification (bell icon) and, if your account is set up for it, an in-world message from the OnlySL notification bot. You can also check Brand Dashboard → Bots.
Public profile avatars and banners must remain safe for work. Explicit media belongs inside posts with the correct NSFW blur and locked access controls applied. Real-person adult content has extra age, consent, rights, and recordkeeping requirements explained in the Real-Person Adult Content Compliance page.
Yes, when properly disclosed using the AI toggle in the post composer. Disclosed AI may appear in free posts (explicit media must use the NSFW blur toggle), locked posts, subscriptions, and pay-per-view unlocks. Fans see the AI label before viewing.
Real-life adult content is also allowed, but only inside locked, subscriber-only, or pay-per-view posts — never as free public media. That is a separate rule from AI placement.
OnlySL is a Second Life creator platform — not an AI-only image gallery. Creator accounts that plan to publish only AI-generated images, without meaningful SL roots (photography, builds, events, products, roleplay, tutorials, etc.), are not accepted. See the Content Rules.
Use the report tools on any post or profile. For copyright or legal requests, include enough detail to identify the content and the rights involved. If you cannot use the report tools, email [email protected]. Abuse of reporting tools may itself be treated as a violation.
OnlySL may issue warnings, restrict features, suspend access, hold payouts, or permanently ban accounts depending on the severity. Serious violations such as minor-related content, fraud, or exploitation may result in immediate action without prior warning.
OnlySL uses your Second Life avatar name and UUID to authenticate you and operate your account. When those identifiers are linked to OnlySL activity — posts, subscriptions, wallet ledgers, moderation records — those platform records are handled according to the Privacy Policy.
OnlySL does not collect card numbers, bank details, government ID documents, or real-world billing information from normal users. Creators remain responsible for any age, consent, model release, and recordkeeping documents required for real-person adult content they upload.
Yes. You can enable authenticator-app 2FA from Settings > Security. When enabled, sensitive actions such as creator or brand deletion require a valid authenticator code. Brand owners can also require 2FA for non-owner brand team members.
You can link Discord from Settings > Security. One Discord account can reflect both personal and brand profiles — roles such as Fan, Creator, Brand, Verified Creator, and Pro Creator are computed from the union of your active profiles (Pro on either profile grants Pro). Tier-role sync in your own server or collab partner servers uses the bot integration described in creator settings. If a profile is deleted, OnlySL revokes that profile's guild setup and refreshes your community roles without removing access you still earn from another profile.
Free and public posts are visible to anyone. Subscriber-only posts are visible to fans with an active subscription to the required tier. Pay-per-view posts are visible only after a fan unlocks them. Locked content is not used for external promotion without your consent, except where required for moderation, safety, or legal compliance.
Gacha is a mystery unlock feature. You pay a fixed tier price in L$ (L$400, L$700, L$1300, or L$2500) and receive one randomly selected locked post from the platform pool — chosen from content you have not already unlocked. You always receive something; there is no "lose" outcome.
Gacha uses the same L$ wallet, platform fee, and pay-per-view unlock access as a direct post purchase. After unlocking, the content appears in your Fan Library alongside any direct PPV unlocks.
No. The post is randomly assigned from eligible pool items at that tier that you have not already unlocked. If you want a specific post, you can purchase it directly from the creator's profile as a normal pay-per-view unlock where available.
Yes. You will always receive exactly one digital content unlock worth the tier price you paid. If you have already unlocked every available post in a tier, you will be shown a message before being charged — you are not billed for an empty pool.
No. Gacha opens are final, the same as regular pay-per-view unlocks. OnlySL may correct a clear platform error at its discretion. If you believe a charge was processed incorrectly, contact support with the transaction reference. See the Terms of Service §7a.
All Gacha unlocks appear in your Fan Library at /dashboard/fan/library alongside any direct pay-per-view unlocks. You can also access unlocked content from the original creator's profile page.
Yes, if you are a personal creator (not a brand account) and Gacha is enabled on the platform. In the post composer or post editor, set a Gacha tier for any locked pay-per-view post to opt it into the pool at that price. Brand accounts cannot participate — this is enforced in the composer and API.
Pool content must meet the same quality standard as regular paid posts. Placeholder, blank, recycled, or misleading content in the pool is a rules violation and may result in content removal, earnings clawback, and suspension from Gacha.
Gacha uses the same payment rail as normal pay-per-view. You receive creator earnings at the standard platform fee rate with the same ~15-day hold period as a direct PPV unlock. Gacha transactions appear in your creator wallet labelled as gacha_unlock.
