These Terms govern your use of OnlySL. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Content Rules.
OnlySL is an independent 18+ creator monetization platform for Second Life residents. Personal creators publish exclusive adult-oriented content and receive Linden Dollar (L$) payments from fans through subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view unlocks, shop purchases, and related features — broadly comparable to an OnlyFans-style creator page, but native to SL and L$.
Brand accounts use OnlySL as a team-managed studio or store hub — Showcase announcements, locked releases, affiliates, and in-world campaigns — more like Patreon or a brand page than a personal creator feed. Store/Product brands may publish non-erotic Showcase content; the platform as a whole remains 18+.
OnlySL is operated from Switzerland. OnlySL is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Linden Lab. Second Life, SL, Linden Lab, Linden Dollar, and L$ are trademarks, services, or features of Linden Research, Inc. and remain subject to Linden Lab's own terms, policies, systems, fees, outages, limits, and account decisions.
OnlySL is an active platform operator, not a bank and not a fiat payment processor. OnlySL hosts content, controls access to platform features, maintains internal L$ ledgers, applies platform fees, and enforces platform rules.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use OnlySL. By logging in or using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally allowed to view, post, buy, sell, or monetize adult content where you are located.
Second Life access, avatar age, Adult-region access, or an existing SL account does not by itself prove that a person shown in uploaded real-person content is an adult or has consented. OnlySL may still restrict accounts, remove content, or request additional confirmation when age, consent, identity, rights, or safety are in question.
Your Second Life account must be in good standing. OnlySL may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we believe you are underage, banned, evading moderation, abusing the platform, violating Linden Lab rules, or creating legal or safety risk.
Platform fit. OnlySL is an 18+ Second Life creator and commerce platform — not a general social network, AI image host, or landscaping portfolio site. Personal creator applications focused on pure landscaping, empty sim tourism, unrelated hobbies with no subscriber value, repost spam, or AI-only imagery without meaningful SL roots may be declined. Brand applications must represent real SL stores, product studios, or adult communities — not unrelated local businesses or generic non-SL services.
OnlySL uses public Second Life identifiers such as avatar names and avatar UUIDs to authenticate users, link accounts, route L$ activity, and operate platform features. These identifiers are generally visible or searchable through Second Life or related public SL services.
Public SL identifiers are not created by OnlySL. However, when they are linked to OnlySL activity, such as posts, subscriptions, wallet ledgers, reports, moderation actions, and support tickets, those platform records are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Creators are solely responsible for content they upload, publish, sell, or promote on OnlySL. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, and consent needed for the content you post.
You keep ownership of your original content. By posting content on OnlySL, you grant OnlySL the limited rights needed to host, store, process, resize, watermark, display, distribute, moderate, promote public previews, and technically deliver that content through the platform.
Locked, subscriber-only, or private content will not be intentionally used for external promotion except where you make it public, provide consent, or where use is necessary for moderation, safety, support, legal compliance, or platform operation.
If you upload, publish, sell, or promote real-life adult content showing an actual person, you represent and warrant that every person depicted was at least 18 years old at the time the content was created, gave informed consent to the creation and distribution of the content, and that you have the legal right to upload, sell, and distribute it on OnlySL.
You are responsible for keeping any required identity, age, consent, model release, and recordkeeping documents, including records required under U.S. 18 U.S.C. Section 2257, Section 2257A, 28 C.F.R. Part 75, or similar laws where applicable. OnlySL does not currently perform government ID verification or act as your records custodian. See our Real-Person Adult Content Compliance page.
You must follow the Content Rules. OnlySL is an adult platform, but not all adult content is allowed.
You may not post, promote, request, sell, or distribute content that includes:
Public profile avatars and banners must remain safe for work. Explicit media belongs inside posts with the correct blur/NSFW controls. Personal creator accounts may use the public creator feed and Explore; brand accounts may not publish unlocked public feed posts and must use Showcase or locked access instead.
All platform transactions are conducted in Linden Dollars (L$). OnlySL does not collect card numbers, bank details, billing addresses, or real-world payment credentials from normal users.
L$ balances on OnlySL are internal platform ledger balances for use with OnlySL and supported Second Life flows. OnlySL does not redeem L$ for fiat currency, does not operate a real-money account, and does not guarantee any real-world exchange value.
Creator payouts are processed only as L$ returned to a Second Life account through supported in-world payout/cashout systems. Linden Lab, Tilia, LindeX, exchange rates, SL account status, and external conversion rules are outside OnlySL's control.
Subscription payments are charged from your OnlySL wallet balance at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period unless account or content moderation requires otherwise.
If a creator deletes their creator account, has creator privileges revoked, or is otherwise made unavailable, OnlySL may cancel subscriptions to that creator and remove subscriber access to that creator profile. Fan wallet balances are not reset by creator-only deletion.
Tips, subscriptions, shop purchases, and pay-per-view unlocks are generally final. OnlySL may correct clear platform errors at its discretion or where required by applicable law.
L$ deposited into OnlySL is intended for use on OnlySL or creator payout through supported SL flows. If you believe a deposit, charge, unlock, payout, or fee was processed incorrectly, contact support with the transaction reference.
Brand Bot rentals(see Section 8) are paid from a brand owner's fan wallet and are generally final. Refunds are not offered for partial periods, unused time, downtime, moderation suspension, or termination for abuse.
OnlySL may offer a Gacha feature that allows personal creator accounts — not brand accounts — to opt locked pay-per-view posts into a platform-wide mystery pool. Fans pay a fixed tier price and receive one randomly selected post they have not already unlocked. Gacha is a distribution mode: it uses the same L$ wallet spend, platform sales fee, creator credit, hold period, and PostUnlock access as a direct pay-per-view unlock. Section 7 refund terms apply equally.
OnlySL may enable, pause, or disable the Gacha feature at any time using a platform-level kill switch. While paused, existing pool posts are preserved and may be edited or removed; new opt-ins are not accepted until Gacha is re-enabled.
OnlySL may offer Brand Bots — optional in-world scripted-agent services for approved brand accounts only. Regular creator accounts do not receive Brand Bots. Brand Bots are not part of the standard creator subscription product.
A Brand Bot uses a brand-supplied Second Life avatar that the brand owns and controls. The brand provides SL login credentials so OnlySL can keep that avatar signed in and operate greeter, auto-reply, optional sit, and (on eligible plans) group-invite features through in-world objects and platform automation.

OnlySL may review, hide, remove, restrict, demonetize, or delete content that violates these Terms, the Content Rules, creator terms, law, safety requirements, or platform integrity.
OnlySL may issue warnings, temporary suspensions, payout holds, feature limits, content restrictions, or permanent bans. Serious violations, including minor-related sexual content, exploitation, fraud, doxing, or evasion, may result in immediate action.
Where practical, affected users may receive a reason for moderation action and may contact support to request review. OnlySL may preserve records related to moderation, fraud, safety, legal claims, or abuse prevention.
OnlySL may handle sensitive information about you, your account, applications, brand requests, payouts, moderation, support tickets, and platform operations. This can include private rejection reasons, staff notes, payout holds, fraud or safety reviews, and other non-public platform data.
You may not post, publish, share, stream, screenshot for public distribution, leak, or otherwise disclose this confidential information online or in public — including social media, open Discord servers, forums, blogs, videos, or in-world group chat — except where OnlySL has already made the same information public, you have written permission from OnlySL, or disclosure is required by law.
Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, denial of future applications or brand requests, suspension, or permanent ban.
Creators may request deletion of creator features through platform security settings. If you have both a personal creator profile and a brand profile, you may delete personal only, brand only, or both. Deleting both returns the account to normal fan status.
Deletion removes or disables the chosen profile(s), cancels active subscriptions to affected tiers, resets earnings on deleted profiles to zero, fails pending creator payouts for those profiles, purges uploaded media for deleted profiles (subject to fan-retained delivery exceptions), and syncs Discord roles. Fan wallet balances are not reset by creator-only deletion.
Legacy single-profile brands that were converted from one creator profile may downgrade back to a normal creator account on brand-only deletion. Split brand profiles are fully deleted on brand-only deletion when a separate personal profile remains.
Inactive creator cleanup. OnlySL may automatically offboard personal creator accounts that have had no active subscribers and no recent platform activity for an extended period (default: 60 days of inactivity on an account at least 60 days old). When an account meets this threshold, OnlySL revokes creator status and schedules the creator profile for deletion after a grace period (default: 14 days). During the grace period, you will receive an in-world notification and may file a support ticket at [email protected] or through the platform to halt the process and request reinstatement. If no ticket is filed before the grace period ends, the creator profile is permanently deleted, all uploaded creator content and media is purged, and any outstanding pending creator earnings are forfeited to the platform. The user account itself is not deleted — it remains active as a fan, and you may re-apply for creator status in the future. Your fan wallet balance is not affected. Verified creators, brand accounts, and any creator with active subscribers or pending earnings are excluded from automatic offboarding.
OnlySL may classify Brand accounts by category, such as Store/Product Brand or Adult Group/Club/Team. Certain Brand features may be limited to specific Brand categories, including but not limited to Showcase visibility, Brand Studio submissions, platform promotions, and product-related discovery features. OnlySL staff may review, assign, or change a Brand account's category at any time to keep the platform organized and protect the intended use of each feature.
Creator deletion does not reset the same user's fan wallet balance. Normal users may separately request full account deletion from security settings after removing any active creator or brand account. Full account deletion disables the account, clears the fan wallet balance to L$0, cancels active subscriptions paid by that fan account, removes connected Discord role access, and may anonymize account identifiers while preserving transaction, moderation, fraud-prevention, tax, legal, and platform audit records where needed.
Users are responsible for keeping their account access secure. OnlySL may offer or require authenticator-app two-factor authentication for sensitive actions. When 2FA is enabled, actions such as creator or brand deletion may require a valid authenticator code. Brand owners may require non-owner brand team members to enable 2FA.
Connected services such as Discord may be used for account linking, role sync, creator bot tools, and creator guild integrations. If creator privileges are revoked, a creator account is deleted, or a related cleanup is required, OnlySL may remove creator roles, bot access, guild setup, tier-role mappings, and related integration data.
Discord linking is optional. If you connect Discord from Security settings, you authorize OnlySL to store your Discord user ID and username, add you to the official OnlySL community server when you are not already a member, and sync OnlySL-managed roles there and (if you enable tier role sync) in creator servers where the bot is installed. The bot does not post messages on your behalf. You may disconnect Discord at any time from Security settings; disconnecting removes synced OnlySL roles. OnlySL is not affiliated with Discord Inc.
Lovense toy interactions are optional and creator-controlled. If a creator enables Lovense, fans may be able to pay for preset interactions inside inbox chat. Creators are responsible for pairing and operating their own Lovense Connect session, setting presets, informing fans where required, and complying with Lovense's terms. Fans who use Lovense interactions acknowledge that certain interaction and device-related service data may be transmitted outside OnlySL to Lovense/HYTTO so commands can reach the creator's paired device. OnlySL does not manufacture, operate, or control Lovense devices or Lovense's independent services.
Use the platform report tools to report rule violations, illegal content, copyright or IP concerns, non-consensual content, doxing, impersonation, scams, or safety issues.
Copyright and legal requests should include enough detail for staff to identify the content, the rights or law involved, your contact information, and any proof reasonably needed to review the request. Use the Report button where possible, or email [email protected] for formal copyright, takedown, or legal notices. See our Copyright and Takedown Policy. Abuse of reporting tools may itself be treated as a violation.
Your use of OnlySL is also governed by our Privacy Policy. That policy explains how OnlySL handles public SL identifiers, account records, user content, wallet ledgers, cookies, local storage, diagnostics, and hosting locations.
OnlySL is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of content, error-free operation, or compatibility with every Second Life change, object, viewer, API, browser, or hosting provider.
OnlySL is not responsible for losses caused by Linden Lab or Second Life outages, account actions, L$ transfer issues, exchange-rate changes, object failures, third-party hosting incidents, network failures, user error, or unauthorized account access outside OnlySL's reasonable control.
Optional integrations such as Lovense are provided through third-party services that OnlySL does not control. Lovense availability, device pairing, command delivery, app requirements, outages, policy changes, and data handling by Lovense/HYTTO are outside OnlySL's control. A paid Lovense interaction may still fail to reach a device after payment; OnlySL's refund rules for tips and interactions are described in these Terms and may not cover third-party device failures except where required by law or where OnlySL chooses to correct a clear platform error.
Brand Bots (Section 8) also depend on Second Life, Linden Lab systems, in-world objects, and automation infrastructure that OnlySL does not fully control. OnlySL does not guarantee Brand Bot uptime or message delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnlySL is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
L$ payments, tips, subscriptions, shop purchases, pay-per-view unlocks, deposits, and creator payouts are generally final. OnlySL does not guarantee refunds, reversals, earnings, availability, subscriber activity, or continued access to any feature, except where required by applicable law or where OnlySL chooses to correct a clear platform error.
OnlySL is not responsible for losses caused by creator decisions, user error, Linden Lab or Second Life issues, account compromise outside OnlySL, failed in-world objects, platform outages, moderation action, Brand Bot downtime or termination, or third-party services outside OnlySL's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, except where mandatory consumer, privacy, platform, or other laws apply regardless of this choice. Disputes should first be raised with OnlySL support in good faith so the issue can be reviewed.
OnlySL may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the platform. Continued use of OnlySL after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Acceptable use:
Brand owners are responsible for how their bot avatar, greeting templates, auto-replies, invite flows, and in-world objects are used. Brand Bots must follow these Terms, the Content Rules, Linden Lab's terms and community standards, and applicable law.
OnlySL may review, pause, suspend, rebind, limit, or permanently terminate Brand Bots at any time for abuse, safety risk, legal risk, platform integrity, capacity management, or violation of these Terms. Termination for abuse or serious violations does not entitle the brand to a refund.
The brand remains solely responsible for its Second Life account, land permissions, group permissions, object placement, avatar appearance, and compliance with Linden Lab rules. OnlySL is not the owner of the brand's SL avatar and does not guarantee that Linden Lab will permit any particular scripted-agent or automation use.
